For Saturday and Sunday mornings, we’ll be baking a limited batch of bagels fresh from the oven — available by pre-order only. Quantities are limited so we can focus on quality, flavor, and that perfect just-baked texture.

How to Order (Important — Please Read):
1. Visit: Our Online Ordering
2. Select "Pickup" then "schedule your order for later" and select Saturday or Sunday of the current week.
3. Choose a pickup time before 10:45 AM (this unlocks the bagel menu). You will pick your actual pick up time after selecting bagels.
4. Select your pickup time Please note this pick up time is when your bagels will be ready!
5. Select your bagel type and quantity.
6. Add your choice of cream cheese.
6. Then check out — and you’re all set!
Your bagels will be freshly baked - hot and ready for pickup on the day you selected.
Please Note:
Orders must be placed for the current week only. Future-dated orders may not be accommodated.
We’re thrilled to share this small-batch project with you and can’t wait for you to taste what long fermentation and great ingredients can do.
Quantities are reset on Mondays for the following weekend.
If you would like a later pick up time, please make a note in the “Special Instructions” box and we will hold your order for you.
